A. 7: Keep in mind that the pictures are very real and you WILL look like yourself. There is a limit, even with great lighting, as to how young/ thin/ perfect we can make you look. This is where retouching comes in: we can't make your lines not show, your hair thicker, your eyes and teeth brighter, but a retoucher can!

All images look their best with some retouching and we strongly advise you to get some before you make your final prints. Some areas that can improve with retouching:
 
1. Brightening whites of eyes.
2. Removing blemishes and stray hairs
3. Softening lines around eyes or on forehead
4. Whitening teeth

You can do many other things with retouching, just ask your retoucher. Some ideas:
Make your eyes greener (or more blue, etc.)
Fill in thinning hair
Erase wrinkles in clothing
Lighten or darken the entire shot or just a portion
Darken makeup, extend lashes, fill in brows, etc.
Remove earring holes, creases in neck, etc.
You can also crop the image to your liking

A. 9: We do not do free re-shoots. We are committed to doing the best job possible on the day of your shoot. We do everything we can to let you be involved in your session. You will not be in a "vacuum": we are working WITH YOU to make sure you get the shots you need. To that end, we show you what we are getting throughout your shoot, as we go, from the first outfit onward. We use your feedback, which angles, lighting, clothing, makeup & hair, etc. you like and don't like. We tailor what we are doing to reflect your tastes and needs. We are truly there to work hard FOR you and WITH you.

If for some reason you feel you need another chance, or want something else and have a specific idea in mind, we can schedule a half-session for you for half price ($500.00 plus tax). You must call to book your half session within 1 month of your original shoot.

They are the leaders in the headshot printing industry. They will do your 8x10's as well as other marketing tools such as postcards, comp cards and photo business cards. They will assist you in choosing a font for your name and help you with design elements as needed. They work with actors around the country and ship anywhere.

A. 6: You will receive an email within 2-3 business days, with a link to your ONLINE CONTACT SHEETS on the REPRODUCTIONS server where you will be able to view your shots, select favorites, order retouching, reproductions, discs, and even share your photos with others. Your images will be online for 3 months initially, and may be re-uploaded at any time thereafter for a small fee. (3 months-$20, 6 months-$25, 1 year-$35 payable to Reproductions)

A. 5: Once you have made your appointment, we will email you information that will help to prepare you for your shoot. There will be clothing suggestions, tips about hair and makeup, etc. IF YOU DO NOT GET AN EMAIL WITH THIS INFORMATION ON THE DAY YOU BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE CONTACT US RIGHT AWAY!

A. 4: For women, the total time for your shoot is about 4 hours (including makeup). For men, it's about 3 hours.

A. 3: We use a mixture of DAYLIGHT, NATURAL LIGHT, and STUDIO LIGHTING to achieve a wide variety of styles. We customize your shoot according to your needs and tastes in order to give you the BEST HEADSHOTS for YOU. We shoot 100% inside our studio. You'll be amazed at how NATURAL they look!

A. 2: We will send you an extensive email with anything and everything you will need to know to prepare you for your shoot. If you have any questions or concerns, and want to talk or email beforehand, please feel free! If you would feel more comfortable coming in for a visit, please call us to set up an appointment.

A. 1: Just call us at the studio to speak to Matt about scheduling an appointment. You will need a $400.00 deposit to book an appointment. (The easiest way is to pay by credit card over the phone.) We shoot on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We do not shoot on weekends. Once you have your appointment, we will email you information to help prepare you for your shoot. (The types of clothing you will need, what to bring, our location, etc.)
